Live-in care means a professional carer lives in your home and provides support shaped around your day, not a visit schedule.
Depending on what's needed, that can include:
Personal care: washing, dressing, continence support

Yes. If you have an expected discharge date, let us know as early as possible. We can often arrange live-in care quickly and will work with you, your family and the professionals involved to make the transition home as smooth as possible.
That’s very common. We take things at the person’s pace, involving them in decisions and taking time to understand what would make them feel comfortable. A thoughtful introduction to the right carer can make a significant difference.
Yes. If driving is important, we can look for a carer who drives and discuss your transport requirements as part of the assessment.
