Nothing needs to be decided today.
The first conversation is just that, a conversation.

You don’t need to know exactly what care you need, how many hours are required or when you want it to start.

A few things you may be wondering

How much will care cost?

Once we understand the care you need, we’ll give you a clear written price before anything begins.

We’ll also explain any relevant funding routes, such as NHS Continuing Healthcare or Personal Health Budgets, where appropriate.

No hidden joining fees and no commitment before you’ve seen the cost.

What if my parent isn’t sure about having care?

That’s very common.

We take things at the person’s pace and try to make the introduction feel natural.

Sometimes that means beginning with companionship or a small amount of practical support and building trust from there.

What if we’re not ready yet?

That’s completely fine.

Some families speak to us because care is needed immediately. Others simply want to understand the options before anything becomes urgent.

We’re happy to talk either way.

We’ve had a bad experience with care before.

Tell us what happened.

We’ll explain how we recruit and support carers, who oversees your care, how continuity is managed and what happens if something isn’t working.

You should feel comfortable asking difficult questions before choosing any provider.
