Our story
Oria Care was founded by leaders with decades of combined experience across healthcare technology, workforce solutions, complex care, and community healthcare.
Having worked within organisations including Florence, Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, and the British Red Cross, we experienced first-hand the challenges facing care providers, commissioners, professionals, and the people they support.
Despite advances in healthcare, much of care delivery remains fragmented, administrative, and disconnected from the individuals at its centre.

We believed technology should do more than digitise paperwork.
It should improve visibility, strengthen governance, reduce operational burden, and help professionals spend more time focusing on people rather than processes.
At the same time, we believed truly person-centred care requires more than systems alone. It requires skilled professionals, strong clinical leadership, and a delivery model built around outcomes, dignity, and trust.
Today, Oria Care brings together operational expertise, clinical governance, and intelligent systems to support better outcomes for the people, families, professionals, and organisations we serve.

Technology should never replace care. It should remove friction so great care can happen more consistently, more safely, and at greater scale.
