Rehabilitation goals tracked against the care plan, so progress is evidenced for the MDT, the deputy and the claim.
A regulatory health check mapped to the CQC framework, running continuously rather than before an inspection.
Early warning on packages that are drifting: hours against the costing, staffing risk, missed reviews.

People decide. The system remembers.

Human first

Orbit, our assistant, drafts and flags; a person reviews and decides. Nothing enters a clinical record unless a person put it there.

The record is whole

Clinical and legal records are versioned and append-only, with a full audit trail of who did what and when.

Who sees what follows the instruction

Release of documents follows the type of instruction and who is entitled to receive reports, not a decision per document. Litigation material stays privileged.

Nobody starts uncleared

A professional whose checks are incomplete cannot be rostered. The system refuses, not a manager.

Oversee: role views for every party on the package, variations inside the record, and shifts, visit notes and timesheets for professionals.
